Made my version: added a splash of coconut rum and used coconut oil spray instead of butter to coat pan.

Make the sweet version every Christmas morning or for special occasions. Serve with Nutella and bananas or sliced strawberries in syrup

So delicious!! I was nervous about this recipe because of the comments on the Food Networks site, but these were SOO YUMMY!! I added the sugar and vanilla. Make sure you use salted butter or put a pinch of salt if it is unsalted. I refrigerated for about 30 mins. I have made other crepes, but this will be the recipe I go back to!! Thanks, Alton Brown!!

The crepes are really good even without sugar. They don't break when you flip them, even if they are thin.

Love these, sprinkled sugar on them before I rolled them up. Didn’t even need syrup. Will for sure make again.

These came out great! I do like to add a teaspoon of vanilla to give the crepes a little more flavor. I highly recommend filling them with blackberry jam!

This was a beautiful Crepe. It was thin and crispy, and everyone enjoyed it. The only problem was how the recipe says butter twice. That got us quite confused!
