Man, I usually don’t even attempt recipes that are under 4 stars. I did On this one (currently 3 stars). It is sooo bland. I am removing it from my saved recipes as soon as I end this review.

Recipe needs help. Roast cauliflower first. Fry onions and garlic. Add the roasted cauliflower to the pan. Use vegetable broth instead of water. Blend. Be generous with the olive oil.

Great ingredients but missed opportunity’s. Definitely roast your cauliflower first (small flourets, 20 min/200c, tossed in olive oil, s&p). Sweat the onion in your pot first for 20 min, don’t let it brown. Follow rest of recipe. Level up this recipe by adding half of one parsnip and roast with cauliflower in small pieces. Coconut milk is a great touch. You can always pull out small small couliflower bits before blending, add back pieces as a garnish when serving.

Very filling and spicy. Will add carrots next time spice hits the back of your tongue. Yummy to the tummy

LOVED THIS!!! So easy to make, creamy, just needs a little more flavor added, I added garlic powder amd some turmeric. Makes enough to last for a week.

Honestly not good at all. The rosemary was way too overpowering. Felt like I was eating soap soup.

Delicious. I added a tablespoon sour cream to a serving and Turkish red pepper flakes.

It was ok. Quantities given will create a more rummy soup. definitely add more cauliflower.

Pan fried the onions and garlic in oil and made a chimichurri for the topper and added Parmesan cheese. Cooked the ingredients in vegetable stock instead of water. Very solid.

lightly fry onion and garlic in spicy coconut butter first to add a little kick and than add the rest of the ingredient! Delicious!!
