  • 3 handfuls baby spinach
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)

    Turned out great! I added chicken beasts, fresh mushrooms, fresh green beans and onions… I sautéed my mushrooms, green beans and onions before the roasted tomato step, and made my chicken after the shrimp.. I also added some Italian season and crushed red pepper. Hope you all enjoy too

    This turned out so tasty, and using light cream with the lemon zest made this dish feel fresh and not as heavy as other creamy pasta dishes. I added oregano as well, which was a nice touch! Definitely will make again!

    Extraordinary recipe! I ve changed the linguines with tagliattele, and I've added a pint of chilli flakes at the end (I did not regret it). It went out very creamy and tasty and it was easy to make (about 40 min). Totally gonna make it again.

    Very tasty and easy to execute. The lemon zest is a fresh touch I didn’t have quite enough cream so I used milk and a bit of light cream cheese. Will definitely make this again!
