    I added a bit more butter and cream than the recipe, and a touch of Arrow root to thicken it up just a touch, but this was very flavorful my wife really enjoyed it “delicious “ thanks! Winner, winner, mushroom soup dinner! ;-) Update: It gets even better day 2-5… if it lasts you that long 😂

    really easy and super tasty! I used lactose free milk to fit my families needs. I also used a bit more mushrooms to make it thicker and used fresh thyme, because that's what I had. It was so good and you can spice to fit your family. Definitely a keeper for my family!

    Me and my husband are not fussy eaters but we really really didn’t like this recipe. Ended up throwing away some very nice button and portabello mushrooms 🙁
    Have made this multiple times. I added diced celery and carrots to get some extra veggies in.

    loved it. we couldnt find shallots at the store this week so had to modify with onion, not the same, but it was yummy! Will make again, hopefully next time with shallots.
