    Incredible!! You can’t even tell you aren’t eating pancakes they are better than pancakes like a beautiful marriage between a pancake and a crepe. I made the raspberry keto jam recipe and topped the pancakes with ricotta and the jam with sliced almonds and coconut flakes incredible!

    Tasted very eggy but I suppose that’s unavoidable considering the amount of egg in the recipe. Overall good as long as you have a good syrup. I made my own blueberry syrup topping and thought that went with it well (just simmered blueberries, swerve, and water). Can’t really taste the cream cheese.

    I made 1 “big” pancake out of the batter. It was very thin and had more of an egg taste. Good recipe, just not for me.

    This did not look like pancake batter, more like thick French toast batter and they did not puff up like the picture. But, I followed the recipe exactly, there was a little puff in the pan and the taste was very good.

    pictures are always of real meals!!! Not Keto!!! these will not turn out to look like thw picture had to add coconut flour and they were alright

    Definitely add syrup or fruits. It was a bit too liquidy for me, so I added some almond flour.

    The pancakes tasted okay I ate mine with some purées strawberry on top. They were not as fluffy as the picture makes them out to be however.

    I didn’t enjoy it. I made it and it tasted like a strange omelette but flat and dry and bad. I also tried it with coconut flour like the comments suggested and didn’t like it. It tastes even worse with the coconut flour. Would not recommend.

    added about 1/4 cup of cocunut flour to add some fluffiness. Yummy!
