Excellent! I didn’t have any oyster sauce, so I used 2T fish sauce & 2T soy sauce. Also didn’t have scallions, so I left them out, but they would have been good if I had them.

Quick and delicious - may adjust the fish sauce and oyster sauce a bit the next time.

was not thrilled with the soba noodles I used.... think if I use another noodle the dish would be much better...plus...i believe i will use a bit less fish sauce and oyster sauce next time
