They look beautiful...my deep dish pie shells weren’t true deep dish so I split into two shells...one for now, one for later...how can you beat that!

Ill substitute bell peppers for onions and breakfast sausage for bacon, but the foundation of the recipe makes the best quiche I've ever made.

I used spinach (frozen, heated just to thaw. Then squeezed out the excess liquid) Sauted mushrooms pre-diced ham. and shredded swiss. Turned out great!

Turned out great! Added black beans to the mix. Make sure to sauté onions in the bacon grease, for sure. Also, added fresh pico, avocado, and a dollop of sour cream on top each serving! I can’t stress enough how that last little bit took this recipe to a whole new level!

I made similar to this today but Keto Diet friendly. Using Panchetta instead of bacon, Mediterranean crumbled cheese and the last bit of goat cheese, colorful bell peppers and spinach.

Loved this! It does make to much for one shell, but the extra made excellent scrambled eggs. I added baby spinach.

Great! Although it says to use a deep dish pie pan if you lack the tart tin, there was way too much volume for a deep 9” pie pan. As in it could’ve easily made a quiche and a half. Would recommend an onion and a half instead of 2 and maybe eating two or three of your bacon strips outside of the quiche.

Use TWO regular size (not deep dish) frozen crusts! This quiche was silky, filling, & delicious, but it made WAY too much for one deep-dish pie crust. I had to text my neighbor to ask if she wanted "the other quiche". This recipe could be divided by half to make one quiche.
