    I only had quick cooking oats & replaced pecans with toasted, chopped pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Delicious.

    Very tasty! I toasted the old fashioned oats, coconut, and pecans in the oven beforehand and really amped it up!

    The dough was really hard to mix and the cookies were a little dry.
