I doubled recipe.
I also used beet sugar & Go Veggie mock cream cheese... yum yum yum!
We are both on low carb diets plus I'm gluten free, lactose free & nut free... & looks like soy is next-so limiting soy ... ALL not by choice... makes meals difficult some days!
