it was not bad. if i makr it again, I won't squeeze out the zucchini. plus the batter was quite thick and there was some flour at the bottom of the bowl that didn't get mixed in. i did like the texture of the muffin top (i made muffins). it was slightly crunchy.

Turned out great but it was a little dry (which could be my fault as I kept it in 10 min longer)
The taste was great but I added more spices and vanilla :)

Fantastic recipe. The bread always turns out moist and delicious. This is a great way to use up those zucchinis from the garden.

Super easy. Love the different spices. Husband said it's the best zucchini bread he's ever had, and that's saying something because he is picky!

Very tasty and moist. Requires no odd ingredients - many people will have these items in their pantry. Great way to use up an abundance of zucchini.

These were TOTALLY gone inside of two days :-) The batch makes a set of muffins (12) and a loaf of bread. I rubbed butter and a brown sugar mix to sprinkle on the top--just for fun!
