    Great! I added a chopped up Granny Smith apple to the veggies. Also, I use a combo of white, rye, and sourdough breads. I usually use less liquid because we like it a bit dryer.

    It was decent. I personally didn't care for the French bread. Maybe I like my stuffing a tad more moist.

    The herb ratio is spot on which makes this recipe really amazing. I added white mushrooms, but it wasn't necessary. Also I used half chicken and beef broth which to me added richer flavors. Overall, super good!
