I read the recipe wrong and added uncooked rice. So I let it cook in the oven longer until the rice was done. The stuffed peppers still turned out very good! I'll know for next time.

It was really good! My family and I rated them an 8/10. Will definitely make it again!

It was ok…not great. I made it a second time, used pasta sauce instead of tomato sauce, and a packet of ranch dressing mix instead of the seasoning. It was delicious! Five stars!

Easy, followed recipe exact except unused two large green peppers and they turned out great!!

Was pretty good, tweeted the ingredients a bit. Used tomato soup instead of the sauce also added a little Worcestershire sauce..wii definitely make again.

These were just OK, very bland in our opinion. The recipe needs something to boost the flavor, more garlic and Italian seasoning, maybe some red pepper flakes a little cheese wouldn’t hurt. Now that I know that this really is just a base recipe for stuffed peppers, I’ll know to use some add-ins next time

This is my go to recipe for Stuff Peppers. I tried it twice and the family loved it both times. I mixed cheese between and drizzle on top right out of oven. I did not pre-cook my peppers, it does require longer cooking time to get the peppers soft. Seems with brown rice the family used more salt and pepper, but I do use salt very little when I cook and depend on the other seasonings to bridge the gap. Family said this was a keeper.🥰

Perfect! I love this recipe and it’s so easy to add or change the veggies to suit your preference. I added some cauliflower and broccoli in mine and they were amazing. I used Yellow peppers as they’re nice and sweet. Will do this again!

I like this recipe. I’ve made double batches twice and froze some in sandwich bags. They reheat well..numm.

Turned out awesome!!! I put a cajun touch to it and added jalapeños, garlic, cheese and a little cayenne pepper. First time making stuffed bell peppers and it's was delicious.

Takes a while to put together, at least 45 mins (way longer than recipe listed 15 minutes) flavors are good and it is easy to make I add Mexican cheese on top for last 5 minutes of baking

Delicious! This recipe is a hit with my family. I use quinoa in place of rice with great results.

Very good, we added cumin, and chopped up the peppers and added them to the mix then rolled them up in tortillas. Family loved it!

You cant mess this recipe up but i agree its a little flavourless. I added cajun seasoning and parmesan on top just to make it more tasty!
