Great recipe. used others suggestion to add 1 TBSP of vanilla. Turned out wonderful!! Thank you!!

It didn’t call for vanilla extract as I’m accustomed to, so I added a teaspoon of it and it turned out great!! I even used this recipe to make a side dish for dinner as well as the pie!

I liked the recipe I did alter it by adding a tsp. of vanilla and I also wrapped aluminum foil around the edges of the pie crust so that it would not burn in the oven. It was awesome and I will make it again for Thanksgiving.
