    Wow this was good. I did flour, a little corn meal, and a little corn starch. I've always messed up fried shrimp, they were always soggy. I made sure to let my oil come up to temperature. These were so good.

    The crust was great! I’ll add a bit more hot sauce next time and maybe replace the old bay with cayenne but other than that, super easy and really good!
