Tastes great. Surprisingly excellent results using 100% corn flour instead of wheat for gluten free pancakes. Very fluffy instead of the denseness of gluten free flour blends.

These are so good. I did add an extra 1/2 cup water to a double batch cause I don’t like super thick pancakes but the flavor is chefs kiss. 10/10 would recommend!

Great! Use the amounts listed here, not the amounts when you follow the link I think the difference is about 1/2c more flour and the pancakes come out thick and delicious 🤤 I often add a couple scoops of protein powder and cinnamon to make them enjoyable and nutritious. Family favorite!

These are honestly a simple and foolproof way to make pancakes from scratch. This is my go-to recipe and there’s so much flexibility as to toppings/spices you can add to elevate it. In any even plain or decorated they taste amazing!

Very good pancake. My family doesn’t care to use maple syrup or whipped cream on their pancakes so I added additional salt and sugar. Also I added almond extract and chocolate crumbled chips. The pancakes were thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you.

Used a little less sugar and had to add a bit more milk because I used whole wheat flour. Still tasted great.
