Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg and seasonings in large bowl.
- Shape into a loaf on shallow baking pan. Pour ketchup over top.
- Bake meatloaf 55 to 60 minutes or until cooked through. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

I did a double. 4 lbs rather than 2. I cooked it at 325 rather than 350 for 2 hours, adding the ketchup only in the last 1/2 hour. I also added minced carrots, red peppers, celery and onion to it.

Add worchestershire sauce. It was amazing and moist. I doubled the recipe and my whole family loved it!

A hit in our house! I triple the spices, added a diced onion & add a package of onion soup mix! So good😊

Great tasting, easy recipe. I do add in a tablespoon of milk to keep it moist and some dried, diced onion from nuts.com to boost flavor.
