This was amazing! I made it for our Fourth of July celebration and everyone loved it. It was very easy, including the homemade crust. It WAS on the sweet side, so it would be nice to find a way to reduce the sweetness a little bit. But I will make it again for sure!

Took this for a bbq at church and it was gone within minutes. Got a lot of compliments. Will definitely make this again.

This is the easiest pie I have ever made. It’s requested every time we have a dinner party. So simple yet so delicious. You to support it properly when taking it out of the oven.

Sooooo good! I used fresh key lime juice and homemade whipped cream. The whipped cream really cuts the bitterness of the limes if others don't like the strkimg bitter taste. Refreshing and remenicent of Key West key lime pie. I highly recommend this pie just like the directions say.

I’ve had key lime pie in the Keys multiple times ...this recipe beats all of them! Perfect amount of tartness in the filling. I baked the crust for around 15 minutes. Wait longer than you think before putting the pie in the fridge. I thought I waited long enough but it was still too warm and that made water collect on the plastic wrap and fall onto the pie. Best key lime pie I’ve ever had. Still have to make the whipped cream but in terms of the crust and filling it’s amazing.

It’s awesome
Exactly what I needed for my Fourth of July celebration tomorrow. I make one of these about once a month and between my husband and myself: the longest we’ve had one last is 3 days! Oh and I know it says that the whipped cream is ‘optional’ but it’s really really not. The pie is an easy 10/10-excellent- but the cream takes it from a 10 to a 15!

This was really good. I have a soy allergy and most graham cracker brands have soybean oil in it so I used Annie’s graham crackers and they were soy-free! I was so excited that I could actually eat graham crackers. I brought this pie in for Pi Day to my coworkers. I had a slice and attempted to tell my coworkers that the pie tasted horrible because I really just wanted to keep it for myself!! It was so good. I also used a cake pan since I misplaced my pie pan, and it still came out well.

I was a little nervous that the filling mixture wouldn't be enough but I was happily wrong! It was a quick and easy pie to make and it was delicious! Thanks for sharing the recipe.
