When making a large batch for the holidays, i use a hand mixer to mix up the ingridents, as well as extra mayo to make it creamier.

Pretty good, but I did adjust a bit. I added a little celery salt and instead of cayenne, I use chipotle powder. I also added an extra dollop of mayo to help the consistency.

It was good. I had forgotten how long it takes to peel the eggs. I had trouble with the shells. New eggs are not the way to go.

Thank your the simplified and very tasty recipe. But I got a little confused with the 2 tablespoons of relish, pickle, etc. then below that ingredient was the same phrase. I saw that it referred to the “juice” and not the relish itself. After that clarification, they came out wonderfully. One add though, before boiling the eggs, turn them upside down in the carton for a few minutes so the egg white flows to the opposite end. It will yield an even sided inner egg wall rather then one side being thinner than the other when you cut them in half.

Next time I would take out the relish and just use pickle juice the relish gave them a chunky texture that I didn’t love. They were still a hit though!

It turned out pretty good, next time I make it I will remove the cayenne pepper, it had too much of a kick for my tastes.

Good base recipe. A little too sweet for my taste. I think I’ll use dill relish next time. Still really great though!

This recipe turned out great! I even added my own twist by adding caramelized bacon on top! Yum! It was simple and quick!
