So Good!!!!
I used lite Mayo, and added more chicken, dill, celery than called for, but it was perfect with the amount of Mayo it called for

This is my second or third time making this absolutely delicious. I like a tang to my chicken salad so I add a little lemon juice and a little more Dijon, A little less mayonnaise.

This is delicious! I eat it on a lightly toasted hoagie with grapes on the side. I don’t bother with the dill or green onions. Tried both(dried dill, not fresh) and didn’t like it better than without.

I had 2 chicken thighs left over, so I decided to make this chicken salad. It is very good and would definitely make again. Didn’t change anything in recipe.

I added diced craisins & egg whites. The dijon mustard mixed w/mayo was Yummly!

A great basic recipe for chicken salad! This time around, I substituted jalapeño mustard for the Dijon and added 1 tpsb. finely minced onion in place of the dill to serve on hearty whole wheat buns with leaf lettuce. It’s flavor is fullest when chilled several hours prior to serving.

A easy and tasty way to use fresh dill, leftover rotisserie chicken, and homemade mayo ❤️

This chicken salad was great! I used the Bon Appetit method of poaching the chicken breasts using very low heat. The meat was tender and flavorful. Added about 1/3 C toasted, slivered almonds for some crunch and the result was delicious.

Delicious!! I always add a little extra mustard to give it more tang. I also add everything bagel seasoning. Tastes soo good!
