    Easy recipe, turn out great. This recipe can be made into basic cheesecake bars.. can mix whatever berries, choc chips, nuts or anything to make it variety cheescake bar. Love it!

    It was delicious!! The recipe was easy to follow and the prep/cook/ cooling didn't take as long as many others. I topped mine with a warm sweet cherry compote 😋

    The flavour and texture were excellent. I put a pan of water in the oven while it was baking and I didn't end up with a single crack on top. Topped it off with a blackberry cheesecake topping. It was delicious! Will make again.
