Made this! Absolutely excellent! The whole family enjoyed it and I’ll defiantly be making this when I go to university in September because of how simple the ingredients are.

Superb - the lemon juice flavour under the others (including the Spanish Onion I added) adds a subtle depth to the whole recipe! Do NOT forget to rub the bread with garlic and a smattering of oil - this (1) adds flavour to the whole dish, and (2) prevents the bread acting like a sponge and soaking up all of the juices of the tomatoes, basil & lemon juice etc.

This was absolutely perfect! Added the balsamic as suggested along with the lemon and it was divine.
Mixed a bit of garlic with olive oil & brushed it on the bread before placing in the oven.

Loved it! Went with the balsamic vinegar option using a reduction for extra flavour and glad I did.

Turned out pretty good. I had to add a couple of things to make it suit my taste. The lemon juice was a bit much, nothing that some less classic ingredients like red onion couldn’t handle.

Fantástico! Made this Bruschetta separate from the bread for a neighborhood Memorial Day appetizer. It was absolutely delicious!

I made this for my husband and he said it was better than the Bruschetta that Carabas serves. I made it exactly as the recipe says. I didn't put the mixture on the bread. I served it in a bowl and the toast on the side. Let the mixture marinate for about an hour. It really makes the flavor fuller.

Delicious... I also made cheese raviolis and topped it with this recipe...I didn't make any changes to the recipe and would definitely make again.. I was lucky enough to use my fresh garden tomatoes!!
