Delicious and easy. This is basically lasagna with a different pasta, which is just what I was looking for. The family loved it. In fact, my teen son who loves lasagna said he liked this dish better.

It turned out really good! This recipe is alot for 2 people, perfect for 4. I would make this again, it was delicous.

I used ground beef since I did not have sausage. I added adobo and extra seasoning. It turned out great. Although I live cheese, I will reduce the mozzarella topping next time.

I'd use a little less mozzarella but that's personal preference. Still turned out pretty tasty!

My husband and I love it! I added the following to season the sauce: garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and some Slap Yo Momma seasoning. This recipe is a keeper! It will be even better tomorrow. :o)
