Shrimp was very good, but as one of the other comments noted, cooking the shrimp is a completely different step... so this takes much longer than advertised.
id still make it again.

Such an easy and fresh way to prepare the shrimp. The citrus is just so perfect with the avocado. A serious people pleaser. NOTE: you have to clink the link for the instructions for preparing the shrimp inside of this recipe. This recipe is only for combining the salad.

The shrimp itself is amazing! While the salad had good flavor, it seemed like it was missing something. Charred up bread to use with the leftover juice

Yum!! I usually don’t modify recipes but because I had just purchased a bunch of cilantro I used that instead of parsley and also added some to my spring mix. I also added mango because I love mango. I’ll definitely make this again especially since summer is finally here!

Amazing!!!!!
I made the citrus shrimp with the onion so I didn't add onion to the salad afterwards. This wood be a tasty summer salad if you cooled the shrimp also!
