    Wasn’t as sweet as I’d have hoped; tasted like somewhat sweet eggs with cinnamon on them. I’ll try maple syrup next time and maybe I’ll like it more.

    Oh my goodness. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations since I just recently got off sugar. I used an egg replacer and I did use the almond flour (which I usually don't care for). It was so yummy, I ate it before I had a chance to put the glaze on. Quick, easy, and definitely satisfies the sweet tooth.

    It was tasty. The first time i made it i didn't mix the cinnamon/granulated sweetener too much, as suggested in the recipe, but then i found bits of the cake were really eggy tasting. The second time I mixed the cinnamon/sweetner in throughout the batter mix and it was much tastier. Really great when you are craving a sweet treat on a keto diet!
