Used low sugar strawberry jam (without gelatin or pectin) instead of apple butter. Turned out awesome!

Great, it was very tasty. Going to try other fillings like strawberry preserves, blueberry and banana

The taste is good but VERY sweet. Definitely too much apple butter in my opinion but I didn’t use the lucky leaf brand, maybe that makes a difference

Delicious! Super easy to make and tons of flavor. I didn’t measure out the apple butter, I just eyeballed it and covered the oatmeal crust. You can have more or less, depending on your tastes. Will definitely make again!

They were great! I didn’t have apple butter, but i had pumpkin butter. I sprinkled the bars with pumpkin spice with the pumpkin butter. They were delicious!

Recently, I found out that I have eczema. My foods of choice are now limited. Gluten, dairy, nuts and soy irritate my hands and feet. I made these for a quick breakfast, with some substitutions-gluten free flour and bananas instead of butter. I am a huge fan of apple butter, so this may help me not feel soooo depressed. #ijustwantaburger
