Perfect! everyone loved them. Moist. I jad my doubts when we put them in the pan for the second rise. but they came out awesome!

Maybe it was the weather? Impending snowstorm! But this dough didn’t turn out right for me at all. I’ll go back to a different Cinnabon style recipe I have used in the past. :(

Simple and easy to do. I used my electric oven as a proofed so it sped up the rising process. Set oven for 170 degrees, turned off. Placed a pan of water under to bowl with the dough. Covered the dough with a damp cloth instead of plastic wrap. First rise was about 50 minutes. 2nd rise after cutting ..30 minutes

This recipe is just perfect! I have tried other cinnamon rolls recipe and this is just the best of them

Haven’t tasted them yet but wanted to rate before I forgot. I have made cinnamon rolls before so I know what I am looking for in a dough. This came out looking wonderful. I did make a few changes:
1. I soured the milk using vinegar. A recipe I used years ago that I loved, but have since lost, used buttermilk.
2. I used 2 eggs instead of 1
3. I used no water and had only soured milk as the liquid (aside from the butter and eggs),
4. I used butter,
5. added strawberries to the filling
*** update tasted them and they were phenomenal!! Wonderful texture like a Cinnabon.

Turned out great got really good compliments from my wife for making them. She has had two while I'm writing this review and does not want to share them with her siblings. They turned out very soft with a little crisp at the bottom. I did change some things to this recipe seeing as COVID-19 doesn't allow me to go outside at the moment.
1. I replaced the Buttermilk- for Homemade version, for which I used 1% milk 3 tsp for 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar.
2. I did not add the Cornsyrup, I'm a Husky man as it is & prefer my baking to be free of that nonsense.
3. My oven didn't preheat so I stuck them in there after turning it on. Granted my oven is old and temperatures climb super fast. so I left them in there for 25 mins and BAM! perfection awaits all.
don't know how to submit a photo so you will just have to take me on my word, that no other recipe beats this one!

The first batch I made they did not rise at all so threw them away and made a new batch and turned out better. Please let me know what I’m doing wrong. My husband said there good.

These turned out perfect! I did not use all 5 cups of flour probably only about 4 cups of flour, and maybe 2 extra teaspoons of sugar but they were perfectly sweet and delicious. Do remember no stomping while your dough is rising so it won’t fall. But they were a success my family loved the recipe and cannot wait for me to make more!

Way too much flour. The dough was so dense it wouldn’t rise very much in TWO hours. It didn’t rise very much the second time either, but they turned out ok. Next time I’ll use less flour.

Super good! The only changes I made were that I ended up using way less flour, probably only about 4 cups and I only used about 2/3 of the icing. These were so delicious though and everyone was telling me they tasted just like Cinnabon!

Great recipe! The bread is soft and chewy and delicious. There were several small things in the recipe that I have never tried before but were great ideas. First, corn starch in the brown sugar mixture for the inside helped make the filling thicker and more substantial. Second, the corn syrup in the frosting made it silky smooth and decadent. Apparently I just needed more corn by-products in my cinnamon rolls.

Followed directions on the buns. Icing was very sweet so added less icing sugar to my taste. Very tasty, everyone loved them.

By far the best cinnamon rolls I have had. The key is taking them out before they are too brown, leaving them super soft and light. Adding a citrus zest (orange is best to me) to the icing gives them a pop of freshness and added acid that I think is needed.

This was my first time making cinnamon rolls from scratch (or any yeast dough), so I was nervous. The rolls turned out PERFECTLY though!! My apt was a little cold though, so the dough might not have risen as much as it would’ve otherwise. The icing on these are perfect and made the rolls really taste exactly like Cinnabon!! These truly were worth the effort instead of just popping open a can!

I couldn’t make this after very much looking forward to it. Unfortunately the format is cutting off the directions! I have opened the recipe on google and safari with the same results. If anyone can see the whole thing or has any ideas, I’d appreciate the help
