  • 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 6 ounces chow mein noodles
  • 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 tablespoon lite soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon vegetarian oyster sauce (regular oyster sauce if not vegetarian)
  • 1/3 cup stock (veggie, or veggie broth, chicken stock/broth works if not vegetarian)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (lightly measured, do not pack!)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil (toasted, or plain)

    So flavorful !! Used my own selection of vegetables but the sauce was perfect used a little more brown sugar with a touch of apple cider vinegar

    it was good will make it again
    i added more soy as it wasnt salty enough for me. add more cornstarch, trust me.
