Wow! So good and rich tasting. I used almond milk (80 calories/cup) and added about one tablespoon of almond butter. I let all the ingredients soak together for 30 minutes, as the recipe suggested for a smoother pudding. I have a KitchenAid mixer; it left a couple of pieces of dates in the pudding, but it did not alter the taste. Will make again and again!

loved it. I did not have dates so i used 1 tsp of monkfruit sweetener.also added a little cinnamon to it.

This was really good and just too easy to make. Nice and rich flavour without being too sweet. I will definitely make it again

Very Easy and Highly recommend to add some berries afterwards. I used 1cup of cows milk instead, the nutribullet did a fantastic job. Doesn’t need blending for long if using the specified amount of milk.

I didn't have dates so I used maple syrup, and added more cocoa powder.
The texture was a bit weird, I'll try letting the chia soften in the mixture before processing it next time.

Very nice! not smooth at all, but I have no problem with that! I will try next time the versions suggested in the comments- with some peanut butter and with coconut milk!

good recipe! I added some dates as topping to hide the chia taste a bit more.

I love this! It’s not very smooth, but I am fine with that. The flavor is fantastic!

had to add avocado for texture. also had to add more dates and some peanut butter for taste.

It turned out really well. Ive consistency turned out perfectly and if you pair this with some berries it’s out of this world.

Very tasty but even in grinder blender did not do a great job on texture (of dates) even after soaked and chopped finely)

Something was off about the taste and texture. I used a Vitamix to blend all the ingredients, but I didn't find it creamy enough. I used more dates and added a tsp of honey because it wasn't sweet enough. I prefer a similar pudding recipe that uses avocado to achieve its creaminess. I will stick to that recipe.

Amazing! So delicious! Can’t believe it’s so healthy! Will definitely be making again.

It turned out really good! The consistency is just like pudding. I will make this again.

i ate one of the two servings the next evening and it was even better than when I just prepared it. My (not supersonic stick) mixer did not get it as creamy and smooth as the picture, but it may become creamier if I first let it set for some hours before mixing. or I might crush the seeds in my mortar. Fortunately it tasted to good to wait for that result. Thank you for the recipe!

It turned out lovely! The dates were a perfect sweetness to this dish. I added coconut milk for my non-dairy milk and perfecto!

None of my machines (food processor, stick blender, conventional blender) could get this smooth, so I can't give it to my picky kid, but I will just eat it all myself. I added a tablespoon of peanut butter for an extra dimension of flavor. Yum!

I love this! I add cocoa nibs and blueberries as garnish just for even more flavor! Easy and absolutely delicious!
I have a 1200 watt blender I was using for this but just got a 1500 watt so I'm excited to see if theres a difference in texture, but the 1200 watt did a really good job.

The taste is great, but I couldn't get the texture to come out good. It was gritty no matter how long I blended it.

Fabulous pudding, the raw cacao powder was extra chocolatey. I love that it's a blender chia recipe as it gives a whole different texture of the pudding than keeping the seeds whole
