Very good. Used honey instead of maple syrup, which made it harder to blend in my vitamix but no big deal. I’ve made this a few times with different types of chocolate (based on what was in the cupboard) and I would say go for 60-70% and use more honey (or add brown sugar) if you go higher. Perfect treat to deceive avocado-haters.

It was okay, I would add a touch extra honey to this

Very simple and easy to make. I had all the ingredients on hand. I ended up using a masher and a whisk for the avocado and to blend instead of a food processor.

Batter tastes like avocado but is very sweet. Warning: make maybe 3 batches if wanting a sizeable amount, 1 batch is relatively small.
