Yummy! I added a can of Fiesta-style corn, and since my hubby thinks every soup needs barley added 1/3 cup (soaked in warm water for 30 minutes first), cut the adobo chili down to 1, and only used 1 tsp of cumin. Plenty of heat and lots of flavor!

Easy peesy! Used new potatoes and green lentils instead of sweet potatoe and black beans. Aldo added some cavalero nero kale and chipotle chilli flakes.

I held the hot peppers b/c my son isn’t a fan of them. Additionally, I used the whole 2 c broth b/c I wanted to make a very thick chili by adding an extra sweet potato, 1 more can of black beans and an extra can of diced tomatoes. After cooking long enough to ensure the sweet potatoes were soft, I used my handheld blender to purée a portion and thicken it up even more. It was tasty the first night, but the second night I also added ground turkey (1 pound; we had only eaten about 3 cups the night before so there was a lot left over) And served it with sharp cheddar cheese. It was even more delicious the second night!

This was easy to make and delicious. I did not add the chipotle peppers; the chili powder and cumin made it plenty flavorful. I will make this again!

Delicious! And I kept to the recipe adding cilantro and avocado is always a nice touch

Loved this! Topped with Greek yogurt and added pepper flakes. The chipotle pepper adds a delicious and unique (not spicy) element.
Trying to switch my husband over to a vegetarian diet slowly, he said “I was going to be upset about not having any meat again, but this is so delicious, I don’t even miss it!” Win in my book!
Next time, I may add chickpeas or peas, only because I think it would go well. Not bc you need to.

I had such a great time eating this dish. it was easy to prepare and the flavours were yum too. A great dish for a weeknight dinner. I paired the dosh with cous-cous and cilantro.

I added kidney beans. Didn’t have chipotle peppers so I doubled up on spices and added some hot sauce and paprika. Not sure why but the potatoes took so long to cook! I covered the pot but it was at least an hour until they softened.

Very quick and easy; savory comfort food. Black beans, tomato and sweet potato may sound weird, but they go very well together. The garlic and chiles harmonize everything.
I used Penzey’s Arizona Dreaming seasoning and some smoked paprika.

Very good, made some changes and didn’t have things like the garnish. Made it a little too spicy but it’s so hearty and delicious. I’ll definitely make it again and tone down the heat next time 😂😋

Made a few variations by adding leeks & fresh chilies. Used cooked dry black beans & added the bean water to the broth. Absolutely delicious!

We loved this chili recipe! I added a can of kidney beans only because I felt it didn't have enough beans - the pot looked a little empty - but other than that it was perfect!

Very tasty! Used berbere spice instead of chili power, cut back the cumin to half of suggested amount. Also added kidney beans. Will definitely make again....many times.

This is really good. I added just one can of beans, kidney. One chipotle chili. One small sweet potato. One cup broth and added corn and cilantro.
