Made this several times but I prefer a little less lime juice and more olive oil than called for. I put this over everything from steak to fish to scrambled eggs. If possible, I would keep some handy in my fridge.

This sauce turned out great. I did not have oregano, so I used basil. I used garlic roasted olive oil. Served it with fish today, will serve with steak tomorrow. This sauce taste good over toasted bread. Love it.
