My go-to meal!!! Especially great with olive oil, white vinega, and salt as the dressing!

So easy to make and so delicious as a side. My avocado wasn’t ripe so I left out. I’m sure that would have been yummy. Added pecans and it made it so good

So yummy! I used the whole asparagus, and added some feta cheese and tzaziki sauce. I’ll be making it again

Very tasty! Added shredded rotisserie chicken to make it a little heartier. Very easy and delicious

Really tasty on it's own, however, i had left over roasted chicken breasts and this was a great way to repurpose those. I cut them in chunks and tossed them right in. Will make this again. i also added some lemon juice for a little brightness. Husband and two of my toddler grandchildren enjoyed this meal.

Super good it is a bit filling, so I suggest that you make about half of what it says
