Once and done recipe…
This was easy to make but extremely bland. I’m not even sure where to begin to “doctor” this one up. When reading other reviews, it looks like most “tweeked” the recipe…basically creating a completely new dish.

This was pretty tasty! I did tweak the recipe. I added rotisserie chicken and ham cubes. I also sauteed some onions, leeks, and garlic and mushrooms and added some Italian seasoning. I mixed eggs with some half and half and mixed in parmasean, mozzarella and cheddar shredded cheese. I added half of the mixture before baking and the rest after 15 minutes so there would be good cheese coverage on the top. This is a great low-carb recipe to use up several meats and veggies you have on hand. I am also curious about adding fire roasted chiles, corn and maybe zucchini with chicken for a Mexican flavor.

Amazing, I added a can of cream of chicken soup instead of eggs and gruyere cheese for a Smokey flavor! 💕

Really easy and quick to put together. I think I will add more spinach next time, very good

This is an easy dinner but I made some changes. I browned the chicken breast in a cast iron pan with olive oil, sprinkled garlic powder, salt and pepper. Then cut the chicken into bite size pieces.
I used 4 garlic cloves minced, twice the spinach. I carmelized a whole onion sliced.
I used three eggs, and added about 5 tablespoons milk and a two tablespoons
of half and half. I also chopped the cauliflower smaller after steaming.
I used 2 cups white cheddar.
Finally added some cayenne pepper to taste. Turned out wonderful. Creamy, flavorful, and comforting.

Good, I made some modifications, 3 different cheeses, 3 eggs instead of 2, used fresh kale instead of spinach. sprinkled paprika and bread crumbs on top with a some dabs of butter

It was bland
Not sure I’d make it again it needed more seasoning and I don’t have the talent to improvise

It's a good baseline recipe that really needed the flavors ramped up, in my opinion. For the chicken I used boneless skinless thighs, but also added carmelized onions, sauteed muchrooms, a little extra cheese, a bit more garlic, and about 1/2-2/3 cup of heavy cream. I also added Sriracha to give a little heat. Pretty much prepared and baked it as stated... I thought it came out really well after the extras.

I tweaked the recipe a little. I seasoned my chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder & olive oil, then cooked it on a grill pan so it would have beautiful color aka grill marks & flavor. I had no spinach, so I used kale instead. I doubled the chicken, cheese, kale & eggs in the recipe because I was making this for 5-6 plus needed some for leftover lunch. I also used a little more garlic cloves (about 6-8) & 2 types of sharp cheddar reserving some to top the casserole & added 4 large carrots sliced. I followed the steps but prior to adding the eggs into my pot of chicken, veggies & cheese I made sure to add 2 tblspns of milk to the eggs & mixed everything thoroughly. Once I poured everything into the pan I topped it off with the reserved cheese & thin pats of salted organic butter ( about 2 tblspns) & baked as directed! All I can say is this came out creamy, savory & simply delicious! My family had seconds & almost left no leftovers for lunch! I will definitely make this again, again & again! Loved it!

I made this dish & it came out delicious. I did tweak it a little...first off I seasoned my chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder & olive oil, then I cooked it in my grill pan so it would be tasty & have nice grill marks before I put it in the pot. I had no fresh spinach so I wilted fresh kale with garlic, salt, pepper & olive oil. I also added 4 large carrots, sliced. Once I cooked the cauliflower I did as instructed & tossed it in the pot with the chicken, carrots, wilted kale & I used 2 types of cheddar cheese. Since I was cooking for 6 & to have leftovers for my family to take a little for lunch I doubled the chicken, kale, eggs & cheese. I added about 2 tblspns of milk to the lightly beaten eggs & saved a little cheese to top off the dish once I mixed the egg mixture with the other ingredients in the pot. Once mixed, I placed in my casserole dish topped with a few thin pats of organic, salted butter & the saved cheese & baked until golden, bubbly & it pulled away from the pan. All I can say it’s that this dish was amazing, had a nice creamy sauce & my family had seconds almost not leaving much for leftovers! I will definitely make this again & again & again!

This isn't one I'll be making again. Though it wasn't "bad" my family and I agreed it was just too bland. The cauliflower lost its taste, and the sharp cheddar just wasn't enough to pull it through. Can't win 'em all.

Family loved this recipe. I doubled the spinach and garlic and added a very thin layer of Italian breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese on the top before baking. My son hates cauliflower and had no idea he was eating it. He ate everything on his plate!

This is one of those "I changed a million things in it but it was still delicious" reviews lol. Added more garlic, some worstechire, onion powder as seasoning, put some grated Parmesan in along with the other cheese, and used kale instead of spinach (I steamed the kale along with the cauliflower to soften). I also crumbled a few saltines over the top because I felt weird making a casserole without a topping lol. When it came out we ate it with sour cream. Really good! Filling but not leaden like some casseroles. Husband says it's a 'make-again'!
