    Excellent! I also substituted frozen mixed vegetables in stead of fresh vegetables. I added 1 can of cream of chicken and 1 can of cream of potato soup in addition to 1/4 cup of milk. I used 3 green onions instead of a yellow onion. This fits in a 9X13 cake pan. You can also add a little soup base for more flavor. My husband loved it!

    Excellent! I did use a small bag of frozen mixed vegetables as a substitute for the fresh veggies and it worked just fine. Definitely a recipe favorite for me.
