keeper! i fried the chicken with the seasoning salt and garlic powder. then shredded it. i did use 2 cans of cream of chicken. i saw other peeps reviews about the biscuits burning. so what i did was just stir it about every 20 min. which seemed to help really soak it all up. i didnt cover it. but i did cook it for about an hour

Very good. First I seasoned the chicken and cooked it in my instant pot. Added about 4oz of cream cheese, used a little less sour cream and cheddar cheese, and substituted cream of mushroom for the cream of chicken. Added some frenches onions then the biscuits on top for the last 10 minutes of bake time as some others suggested, with a sprinkle of garlic powder on top of the biscuits. Family loved it - a definite make again recipe!

Big hit with the whole family! Used rotisserie chicken, 2 cans of cream of chicken, and put the biscuits on top w/ foil as others stated & turned out amazing. Even the picky kid had seconds. Will definitely be making again.

Great, I usually make it with the biscuits on top but I forgot them when I was at the store. Instead I used a frozen pasta and mixed it in with the frozen veggies. It turned out great. I also cheat by using a rotisserie chicken.

I cooked my chicken breasts in the crock pot while I was at work. When I came home, everything was ready to mix up and go in the oven. I went a little heavy on the chicken and it was delicious!

Love it! I recommend putting the biscuits on top for the last 10 minutes instead of mixing it with it. The first time I made it my biscuits burned. The second time I did them last and it came out perfectly. I also used a rotisserie chicken from Costco to save time on cooking chicken. The second time I also added an extra cream of chicken so it was a bit more like a pot pie. Delicious and easy.

Delicious! My husband and I had it for dinner, and ate it for lunch and dinner the next day as well! He absolutely loved it! Wouldn’t change a thing!

turned out well. I used the flaky biscuts instead so it wasnt such a heavy meal.

Ok, but probably won’t make it again. I felt it was too heavy with the biscuits, sour cream and the soup.

Good base recipe! This is how I modified:
Season chicken thighs well (I used Poultry Magic) add to crockpot, then top with a can of cream of mushroom soup and some sour cream. Cook low for 5 hrs. Used hand mixer to shred.
When ready to mix ingredients, Add half a cup heavy whipping cream and more sour cream if you wish.
Bake 60 min (use foil so biscuits don’t brown too fast)
Uncover last 10 min and sprinkle with crushed ritz crackers! Perfect!

I used rotisserie chicken and put the biscuits on top. I covered with foil for the first 25 minutes and then uncovered and put back in for another 20 minutes. Perfection!

This is absolutely delicious!! So much so, it was even a hit with my picky teenager! We really enjoyed this dish (it also made for great leftovers for lunch, too).

Made this for the family (hubby and three kids 8-13 years old) and it was a hit! Even the boys who said they didn't want "pot pie" ate it without complaint. I cooked my chicken first in the instant pot (from frozen- my favorite way now to prepare chicken), added the cream of chicken soup, light sour cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, frozen mixed veggies and then filled my casserole dish. Then I cut into quarters the 2 cans of biscuits and layered them on top. I found the tops of the biscuits to be browning too quickly so I added foil on top and decreased my stove temp to 425. That worked. For 30 mins it cooked all the way through and was DELICIOUS!

Might would use rotisserie hicken to speed up the process but overall very good! I will definitely make this again.

This was a big hit with my family. I added bacon just because my husband doesn't think a meal without bacon is a good thing. It was very easy to prepare and we all loved it.
