Awesome! My family loved it and the puff pastry top is a showstopper. Instead of just frozen peas I used a mix of peas, corn, carrots, and green beans; and I doubled the amount. Gotta get them to eat more veggies some how. I’ve made it twice now and the second time I used a rotisserie chicken and it was even better. I also added some minced garlic after the onions, carrots, and celery softened because… garlic is love

Awesome! I added 4 small peeled and cubed potatoes. Friends and family devoured it!

Excellant! Didn’t as use much milk or cream but did use more chicken stock. Not low fat or unsalted and it was amazing

Family LOVED it. Asked me to add into normal rotation. Changes for my reminder. Doubled recipe. 2 rotisserie chickens. Onion, celery, frozen peas, frozen carrots, did mik, heavy cram and seasoning as suggested. Extra thyme. Added 1 can condensed creamy soup. 5 Tbls flour. This may or may not make sense to you. Basically, I converted the recipe to the dark side….😜

Overall, it’s a pretty good recipe. It didn’t look like the picture for me but it turned out tasty. I had to use celery seed instead of celery and added a bit of season salt. I also realize that the only had ground thyme instead of fresh. Next time I’ll hope to have fresh thyme.

My husband doesn’t like chicken pot pies, this was so pretty and looked great, he decided to try it.
Hé LOVED it!
I made 7, froze 5 and added a potato to the mix also I replaced some of the liquid with the gel from the rotisserie chicken from Costco.
Definitely a keeper.

This was amazing! I didn’t have chicken base, so I used beef bouillon cubes. Also, I added a chopped, boiled potato. And, I accidentally got phyllo dough mixed up with puff pastry. But, it turned out great. There were no leftovers, which made me sad. I will definitely be making this again! However, I’ll make sure to get puff pastry next time, because phyllo dough is a lot of work.

I LOVE this recipe! This is a solid go-to for a dreary day- my family and I adore this meal. I add more veggies than the recipe calls for because I prefer a more chunky consistency. Family fav forever

I didn't follow the recipe exactly. I added a little bell pepper and I used two chicken breast. I also used a little parsley along with a little dry tyme. It had a good taste. Next time I will use a little more milk so it is more moist. I also used frozen mixed vegetables instead of the peas and carrots inwhich I microwaved in the bag for two minutes first. But all in all everyone liked it.

Delicious. Easy to make and very tasty. This has become heavy on weekday rotation. Great for picky eaters like my son too

Followed directions, cooked for an additional 20 minutes as it was still a little soupy. Tasted great! I too used a rotisserie chicken. Next time I would like to try with a pre baked pastry bottom though.

This recipe was amazing. The chicken base really made a difference in the flavor. I will definitely be making this again!

Best recipe ever! Love it, finally found a recipe that tastes perfect. The only thing I noticed is that it makes more than one pie full about 1 and 1/2.
