    This is the second time we made this . Last time we substituted shrimp for chicken and this time we went all veggie. Both times it was great !! It definitely on out repeat recipes list.

    I turned out very good but I didn’t measure the quantity so I made a lot but it Came out delicious

    Recipie is very tasty and it makes more then enough for six people. However it took me a fair bit longer than 20 minutes as I wanted to cook the vegetables instead of them just being sautued
