Soooooo good. Not an exact dupe of Olive Garden's, but I like it better. It changes flavor and becomes even more delicious when you reheat it the next day.,

It was very Yummly! I would make this again. I substituted heavy cream for the whole milk.

This is delicious, but the recipe makes a ton, I had to switch it into a bigger pot halfway through cooking because I ran out of room in my normal soup pot

Came together perfectly. Used frozen spinach as it is what I had on hand. Taste just like OG and smells absolutely amazing when cooking.

The boys really liked it! I didn’t have a shallot so I went without. Could’ve maybe used more flour like others said.

I found that this as the recipe was wrote was a very good thin broth soup. I enjoy this particular soup to be creamier and thick so I added a mixture of water and flour to thicken the broth. After the change, I really enjoyed this soup very much.

This was easy and excellen. Adults licked their bowls. My picky eater daughter had two bowls. Leftovers have already been claimed for lunch tomorrow. Definitely will make this again!

My family loved this soup! Instead of milk I used cashew milk and it was delicious. Will make this again!

delicious! followed the recipe exactly and it turned out yummy! I'm going to use less thyme next time, very earthy flavor.

Quite good. I ended up adding salt and spices and using medium shells instead of gnocchi but it came out quite tasty and rich. Will make it again.

This is a staple in our household! Everyone loves it. I especially love it because it’s quick and simple to make, even on weekdays.

Delicious! Filling! Added more salt, but otherwise perfect flavor! Will definitely make again!

I cooked a chicken breast seasoned with poultry seasoning, Italian seasoning, summer savory seasoning & garlic powder, then shredded it. Shredded my carrots and didn’t use shallot. Sautéed veggies with seasonings while cooking. Added crushed red pepper for some heat. Used quart half & half & 1 cup of milk. Did veggies more by eye. Needed to thicken more, so added 2 Tbsp cornstarch w/ 2/3 cup addition milk.

Easy to make with many ingredients already on hand I did not use rotisserie chicken but rather roasted some chicken breasts Overall, the soup seemed a bit too salty for me. I will make it again but use less salt

It was very good. Next time I will add the carrots 1st & cook for a minute or two before adding the other vegetables. They needed longer to cook than the others. I had a zucchini and half of a green pepper in the fridge, so I added those. I added the zucchini close to the end. I also needed more butter than the recipe called for to sauté the veggies, & I used cream instead of milk. Everyone loved it.

Really good. Hearty. Could do this in the Instant Pot. Made it vegetarian using Quorn chicken strips (cook in skillet, set aside, then diced) and vegetable broth. Needs a little broth when sautéing so doesn’t scorch. Used 4 green onions for shallot. Served with simple side salad of mixed crunchy lettuces with carrot shavings and ranch.

Very good. I like to simmer my soups for a long time. I found out if you do this do not put in the spinach or the gnocchi otherwise they’ll turn to mush. I add that at the end or right before we are ready to eat. Great flavor

Pretty good! Tastes a little different from your standard chicken noodle soup. I already had heavy cream on hand so I used that instead of the whole milk.

Husband and I really liked this!! I did one cup milk and one cup heavy cream and some additional seasonings (garlic powder onion powder and I would’ve done red pepper flakes had I had any) but it was super filling and creamy and delicious really recommend. And it was easy to do
