Quite good. I ended up adding salt and spices and using medium shells instead of gnocchi but it came out quite tasty and rich. Will make it again.

This is a staple in our household! Everyone loves it. I especially love it because it’s quick and simple to make, even on weekdays.

Delicious! Filling! Added more salt, but otherwise perfect flavor! Will definitely make again!

I cooked a chicken breast seasoned with poultry seasoning, Italian seasoning, summer savory seasoning & garlic powder, then shredded it. Shredded my carrots and didn’t use shallot. Sautéed veggies with seasonings while cooking. Added crushed red pepper for some heat. Used quart half & half & 1 cup of milk. Did veggies more by eye. Needed to thicken more, so added 2 Tbsp cornstarch w/ 2/3 cup addition milk.

Easy to make with many ingredients already on hand I did not use rotisserie chicken but rather roasted some chicken breasts Overall, the soup seemed a bit too salty for me. I will make it again but use less salt

It was very good. Next time I will add the carrots 1st & cook for a minute or two before adding the other vegetables. They needed longer to cook than the others. I had a zucchini and half of a green pepper in the fridge, so I added those. I added the zucchini close to the end. I also needed more butter than the recipe called for to sauté the veggies, & I used cream instead of milk. Everyone loved it.

Really good. Hearty. Could do this in the Instant Pot. Made it vegetarian using Quorn chicken strips (cook in skillet, set aside, then diced) and vegetable broth. Needs a little broth when sautéing so doesn’t scorch. Used 4 green onions for shallot. Served with simple side salad of mixed crunchy lettuces with carrot shavings and ranch.

Very good. I like to simmer my soups for a long time. I found out if you do this do not put in the spinach or the gnocchi otherwise they’ll turn to mush. I add that at the end or right before we are ready to eat. Great flavor

Pretty good! Tastes a little different from your standard chicken noodle soup. I already had heavy cream on hand so I used that instead of the whole milk.

Husband and I really liked this!! I did one cup milk and one cup heavy cream and some additional seasonings (garlic powder onion powder and I would’ve done red pepper flakes had I had any) but it was super filling and creamy and delicious really recommend. And it was easy to do

Love this recipe, it turned out amazing! So tasty! I thought this would be difficult to replicate but it was not bad took a lot longer than the recipe says but I’m new to making soup like this

So yummy! I added red pepper flakes because I like a little more spice

It’s good. I think I’ll use veggie stock next time - chicken stock is just too boring.

This was so easy to make and extremely flavorful. I added a little extra Italian seasoning and salt but otherwise didn't do anything else to it. I even shared some with my parents who are picky eaters then they asked for more.

Pretty darn good!!! This soup actually tasted better the next day...we used cauliflower gnocchi and cooked the gnocchi and added it to each portion of soup as we ate it. (Others mentioned how the gnocchi got mushy from sitting in the soup)
Delicious! I even used some canned chicken instead of rotisserie and it was yummy!

Pretty good definitely too much Italian seasoning I think it could use more garlic or maybe just garlic powder 🤷🏻‍♀️

Good, In the end I think it would have been better with noodles instead of gnocchi
    Delicious! Lots of good flavor

My first recipe I made from Yummly, so so good. I added extra spinach to make it healthier. Will definitely make again!

It was perfect, me and my family loved it. I switched it up a bit tho. I used smoked paprika and i added mushrooms. I felt it needed more seasoning than what the recipe called for tho. I'll definitely be making this again!
