  • 1 lb. chicken breasts (organic, sliced)
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. cayenne
  • 1 tsp. sea salt (Himalayan, more to taste)
  • 1/2 lime (juiced, save the other half to garnish with, optional)

    The marinade/dressing is really good, it will become a go to for me. I marinated the chicken for 24 hours [it wasn't my plan, but I was diverted from doing it the same day], the result was excellent, the meat was incredibly juicy [I normally do chicken breasts in my sous vide but these were equally juicy}. I used a smoke paprika to add a bit more depth and would recommend it if you are a smoke fan. I did deviate from the recipe here in one other small way; I added all the marinade to the pan
