Excellent - we added some fresh cilantro into the chicken and it gave it an amazing taste

Turned out great, we really enjoyed them. I added about a tablespoon or two of refried beans layer since I only had two cups of shredded chicken. Divided up into a couple servings and put some in the freezer. Looking forward to enjoying them again later!

Yummy! Husband couldn’t believe how good it was! I have made other enchilada recipes before but none as good as this. The cream cheese mixture is so rich with flavor. It filled us up pretty quickly. Oh and it was super simple to make. I made some with ground beef exactly the same and it came out great too.

It was delicious. Enough for leftovers for my boyfriend to take to work. A coworker of his is Mexican, and thought that my boyfriend got it from a Mexican restaurant. My boyfriend's coworker tasted it & was impressed.

I liked the chicken and cream cheese flavor and the red sauce I used was really good so I think it turned out good. A nice change from beef

I used sharp cheddar cheese and pepperjack cheese 1/2 and 1/2 instead of the cheese it called for and I added cut up mushrooms as well to the inside mixture and it turned out delicious!! 😋

Really good. I used a bit more cheese and a bit less onion than the recipe called for, but myself and the family couldn't be happier with them.
I used the sauce recipe as well, absolutely wonderful. Well done.

Super good flavor. Would recommend topping with some fresh cilantro, a touch of lime juice, and avocado.

Really good. I thought it was a tiny bit loose but it could have been the juice from the chickrn yhe second time when I joined it with the sauce. I will make it again.
