Everyone was happy with it, I did have to cook the final product in the pot to make the sauce less watery, so I wouldn’t use that half cup of pasta water again. Also, I cooked the peas with the pasta and used leftover London broil instead of chicken. Would recommend.

We enjoyed the dish. we like a little more spice so i added red pepper flakes to the cheese, egg and cream mixture. will definitely make again.

Love this marinade - all my chicken is marinated in this before adding the cooked chicken to many varied recipes - even with salad it tastes great!

It was good I did personalize it with additional Parmesan and seasoning I like lots of flavor

Probably we had too high expectations, so were a but disappointed by the dish. The Carbonara was ok-ish, but the marinated chicken was no success. Suppose it’s one of those things you either like or dislike strongly.
Getting to the recipe of the marinade requires going through two more blog articles apart from the Carbonara recipe. Personally, I prefer a direct link to the recipe without having to look through 2 articles I’m not interested in while cooking ;-)

Amazing! My daughter chose this recipe and made it for the family. We were all blown away. She cooked the chicken and cut it into bite size chunks before adding it to the recipe. This has become a new family favorite!

Turned out great the only thing I did different was I cut the chicken up and cooked them with the onion and garlic, and added a little more heavy cream

Delicious. I had raw chicken that I cooked in white wine and it went beautifully with the recipe.
