I used quinoa instead of rice. I forgot that just like rice, quinoa swells and absorbs all the liquids. So it was a bit dry. Next time I’ll use a 1/2 cup of quinoa instead.

Hey a year ago
Pretty bland and not creamy at all; actually pretty dry. I didn't see where the sour cream was included in the directions either. Could benefit from some spices and chicken broth. Too many other chicken broccoli casserole recipes out there, I wouldn't make this again.
