    Omg this is so good! We all had seconds or thirds!!! We had to omit the green onion due to allergies and I added garlic to the mushrooms and garlic powder to the chicken while dredging. Hope you enjoy!

    This turned out really well - was super tasty! I'm not a big mushroom fan but we had baby bellas and I didn't want them to go bad - this is how you use mushrooms - they enhanced the flavor for sure. We did not have marsala wine so used Madeira and it worked splendidly. Only other comment is that I had to turn up the skillet more than it's explained in the recipe to reduce the wine/broth mix. Wonderful recipe!
