    Wow! I used evaporated milk in place of heavy cream (saves a LOT of calories) and added sautéed mushrooms and used chopped rotisserie chicken. I served it over homemade pappardelle noodles! Quick, easy Amazing!

    Was very easy, and super delicious! I did add more heavy cream then asked for. I used the whole 473ml(small container) of heavy cream.
