    These turned out amazing. I only used 2.5 cups of oatmeal instead of 3 only because my daughter isn’t crazy on oatmeal; didn’t have a problem with the consistency at all! Super easy to make and taste / smell delicious!

    Too dry...it was had to even get them to stick together when spooning the cookie dough onto the cookie sheets. Will try a different recipe next time.
