I am new to vegan cooking and in addition to eating plant-based I am trying to cut down on calories. I used spray olive oil and was able to used 1/3 of the olive oil prescribed with excellent results.

I altered by revoing the yeast and starch (I have a lot of allergies), and sprinkle with fresh crushed garlic. It was awesome. It is nice to find new creative ideas for my family, that we all love!

This has to be the best recipe ever for cauliflower . Incredibly good and so easy to make.
