Our family loves the sauce. I added cubed ham to make a one dish meal AND made the sauce and added it to macaroni to make home made Mac and cheese..

Easy to make and delicious to eat I used almond milk as that’s what we have in our house but would love to try with a heavy cream for a thicker cheese sauce

Was really good. It burnt to the casserole dish but that was probably more my fault than the recipe. Will definitely make again

Good easy recipe. I added my own seasoning other than salt and pepper and mixed mozzarella cheese with the cheddar. I’m definitely making again. I just wish there was a video to go along with this recipe.

I don’t know what I did wrong but these did not turn out well. The consistency of the cheese sauce was too thick. It was probably me but this recipe did not work for me.

I cooked some garlic down in the butter before forming the roux and used half n half, parmesan, cumin gouda, regular gouda and Cheddar cheese. I also added a little bit of the sauce after each layer (potato, onion, sauce, repeat) and finished it all of with another layer of sauce and Cheddar cheese. I'd recommend layering the sauce! Was the perfect balance.

Delicious! Made without onions, so easy to mold to your personal preferences and still SO good.

Delicious, I definitely recommend. I was unsure how the cheese sauce would penetrate through the layers but EVERY bite was so cheesy! I was also nervous the onion rings (opposed to diced) would be too big & overpowering but they were just right.
