    It was really good! Great flavor! A nice alternative to mac & cheese with less calories. I had it as a main dish and wish I hadn't chopped the brocolli as small as I did. It got lost in the orzo.

    It was pretty good, I added corn and peas to it as well! It’s definitely better as a side dish I think (I foolishly made it for mains).

    This recipe is so good I had to use almond milk instead of 2% since that’s all I had but it still turned out really good I added more cheese to make it cheesier

    Delicious and so easy! I used nonfat milk and found that I only needed a splash of it to get the creamy texture I was looking for. Definitely will make again.

    Very quick and easy side dish! I added more broccoli then it called for, but other than that absolutely loved it!
