    Great enchiladas! Super easy. I put a little cabbage, tomato, diced onion inside each w the cheese. I used the same when I served on top w diced black olives additional.

    not as presentable as the picture but came out pretty good

    It was all easy! I was pleased with the homemade enchilada sauce and spiced it up a lot more by adding cajun chile to the mix. My first time rolling tortillas and I was glad for the additional mentions in the article. It was all good!

    It was awesome! ...and enchilada sauce from scratch was the best I ever had! I'll be making my sauce homemade from now on!
    Delicious! We made a double batch so we could it have it again a week later. Both batches turned out perfect.
