Turned out great! Had to cook longer because I used fresh instead of frozen cauliflower, but it still came out wonderful!

Turned out great! My vegetarians and meat eaters BOTH loved it!
Did do a few tweaks.... Subbed half and half versus heavy cream to make a bit healthier. Added extra water during the simmer (will actually add even more next time so the sauce isn’t so thick)
And as others have mentioned, I think next time I’ll sub peas instead of the chickpeas or just do all cauliflower next time due to personal preference!

Very tasty. My husband loved it! Just the right amount of spice, though he added a little more. Used fresh cauliflower and a few carrots, so let it simmer a bit longer to make them tender. Was great! Next time will make some Raita to go with it

Nice recipe. Used an instant pot and replaced the cream with homemade cashew cream. The wife loved it.
